Problem with accesing forums

I hope I can get some help here.
I have installed PHPBB3 and some mods, but one of the mod make a mess with my forum so I can't access forums, I get this error.
"You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum. "

I have set up all permission to full for the group and user.

If I use on the same database just a plane instalation of phpbb2 (files) it works ok, so I think it is not in a database but in files.

Thank you for links I have set all permissions OK, but still cant access any of forums.
After that I have installa all over again and it works.

I have converted phpbb 2 to phpbb 3, so there was some problems I guess.

Did you make some of your mod in phpbb3 too?
Like countdown?
