I'm from Brazil, the GMT is -3h. After the change when I select 06 its changed to 03.

Well, I dont speak german, so I'll write in English.

I have installed in my forum the Advanced Post Time Edit but I'm getting an error. When I try to edit the time in any post it works but with -1h. If I select 05 its changed to 04. Someone knows what is that?
