Is there a mod, where you can select, when a post or topic starts to shouw up in time and date which I define. Or a PM, when it is sended, I decide a time and a date.

I don't know this kind of mod.

On phpBB3 you can save a post for a later use...

I have a mod installed where I can save and post later, but I need something which will automatically post new post on certain time or an PM on certain time or date.
Because there are some news or annonouncement, when I am on vacation and have no acess to forum.

Okay, but there must be an other user who will "start/send" the message by open a script like page_header.php or a cronjob is needed...

All users which admin allow can send a Pm or post by timer.
maybe a good MOd for future.

Again:
To enable a timer, your board must be visit by an user to run and send the messages or you will run a cronjob which will start s script to do this job automatically.
The first one is easier, but not the best, if there will no user visit your forum at the entered send time.
The second, doing it by a cronjob, requires a harder job on programming this script and you must be able to set a cronjob

I can set a cronjob, but that is not possible for some other forums.
I will manage this with moderators.
