How to change upload file size?

I can't seem to find how to change the default file upload size. All I can find is the deal about the chunk size.

Also, there is no download link for the latest version. I can't wait to check that out.

You can change this only in the file php.ini.
If you have no root permissions on your server, ask your provider to change it...

Ahh, I see. It's restrivtive to the php defaults.

Yes it is.
No php script can change it, expect the settings in the php.ini itself...
