i'm looking so hard for this mod, its the only thing that keeps me away from phpbb, the profile is bad, and the profile control panel mod is there i know, but its just to big, and many mods arent compatible...

No, not for money! My User Profile Panel will never be released as a Mod!
But you can use the easyUCP which a user have made.
Look here: http://www.amigalink.de/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?p=14#14 (The description is in german, but the mod is in english)
This User Panel will push up the original one and is compatible to other profile mods, too.

can you plz tell me what files you modified for the profile?
so i can mess aroundmyself...

I just use the original files from the phpBB user control panel and insert the menu there.
Some difficult work to split the signature, avatar and other settings from profile_add_body.tpl. The easyUCP will be a good basis to do this.
Which user settings you will combine to a new profile center you must decide by yourself.
