I tryed both, but when I use " I loose on first page icon, withouth that I loose on secon page icon.

Each fi-style will have this different cfg-file-bilding.
One try: We can remove the quotes for width, height and hover for these tree files...

Can you please attach again ALL cfg-Files?

Ok I don't use template subsilver, but other templates and I checked and it happends on all templates.

Each template is working with fade and width...
Try the absent icons without them and insert them as default:

Without fade code it wokrs ok.
so problem is in this, is it possible to solve this.
i cannot have all icons faded just this one not.

Yes, a big layout error.
But I think, you can solve this by the following:
