Date and Time problem

I notice a day before new year some date problems.
First on advanced count down still show that is 1 day to new year but really was only fev hours.
And after that user who have a birthday on 31.12 is stuck on a line who has birthday today, and all other users which have a birthday in next 7 days also stuck there and wont go off.

Check the ACP settings for the countdown! You can display only days or the whole time string.

And for the birthdays:
Check your profile settings regarding the timezone. Also check the boards timezone. Set them to your timezone and check out the birthdays again.

I did checked a timezone, but that's not that.
All starts at 31.12.2004.
check the bottom of my forum where the statistic is.
User bscavn is there already 10 days and all other users.

Oh, now I see: Alltimes the wrong code on index and profile.
So please attach index.php and usercp_viewprofile.php to take a look and may be fix it.

It works now.
When I delete a cache, than starts to work.
