I need help. I did everything right but its not working right.

also in the admin index it wont let me edit files. And I have to put <a hre="file-url">DOWNLOAD</a>
so you can click the download to download. Please help.

Also to add since my forum has no mods to it, if anyone has pre-moddified files for a frsh forum, please let me know at jt6141@gmail.com
