Ok, since it seems that nobody is supporting this MOD anymore, i investigated the issue on my own. On a base install of PHPBB 2.0.11 and DLMOD 2.1.2 and this fix here. http://www.phpbb.de/moddb/download.php?id=42

OK, with all this done you should be good to go. Or if your like me and didn't pay attention to what you are doing, you might be getting an error when you click on a download and it trys to download a file called load. You have made an error in your admin configuration. Make sure that when you make your catagory that the path field looks something like this you need to make sure that there is a fowardslash after the last directory listing. Then when you are setting up a file in that catagory, ONLY put the filename of the file you want to include. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PATHING AT ALL
