A function in configuration download that it allows to disable the mod "hacklist" would be optimal

The hacklist is per default "deactivated"!
You can activate it, by filling out the second part of the desciption of any download.
Just ignore this, if you never want to use the hacklist...

You have reason

I have found a bug:
if in permission i set "Moderate" and in configuration of that category there is "Allow mod descriptions on upload" setted in "No" the section of extra information, in upload, there is however.
And if i unselect "Moderate", the section of extra information, just, disappears

I have tested it from a user not admin

The new release will fix this...
