Is there any way of disabling the no deductions from the user account when it is an external source? I host some of my files on a different server but still want the user to have to use their traffic to download.

Hide the category for public and allow only an usergroup to see and download from it.
Their's no other way to controll external downloads, because the Download MOD will only controll the traffic on the same, not on other servers...
