size of PM bar

So I think it is not a gif, but a code.

Try this file for the upload quote. You must replace again the spacer.gif to your special image.

I did change the file, but didn't work
after that I found an error, it is bug in the profile_view_body.tpl

the folder name is wrong that mistake is in original file
fisubsilver must be fisubsilversh.

Now I found out a funny thing, when my inbox is 100% full the bar of size shows only 2/3 , when it should shows a full box.

Its funny description of Your inbox is 100% full in english is much shorter than in slovenian, which streches up a box, but not a percentage bar.
I did shorten description, and now is 100% really 100%
