I can't seem to get your Colorize Forum Titles mod to work on integramod( www.integramod.com/home ). It is a premodded phpbb and has category heirarchy 2.0.4.
I did all the changes in the instructions for category heirarchy and it worked in the acp, but not on the forum.

Alright got it working, but now it doesn't underline when I mouse over. What can I do to fix that?

Umpf.
Look in the mod description, which code on which tpl file will be changed.
Try to move there {catrow.forumrow.FORUM_COLOR} behind and class-definitions.
If this will also not work then define a new css-class and use it.
