problems with user

I notice that one user loose her email Icon.
Evrywhere I look she lose email icon, in member, groups, posts, PM, everywhere.
And not just that, in PM I can't send her an regular reply, but only quick reply, because there isn't a button to answer, and there is no button to quote in PM for this onyl user, anyone else has all an works all.
I think there must be something with stop bumping mod.
I also try and take away all rights from her.
She was junior administrator, and I take it all off so she was regular user, but it is all the same!

I FOUND a problem

SHE HAS turned on ABSENT user, but she didn't actually be absent, because she use a forum regulary.
So must be a bug there!

Check if the icons which comes with the Absent User MOD will be uploaded into each template!

This MOD was already installed in ver. 1.52.
So I don't know which icons must be installed.
I check about holliday icon and it is there!
And I notice that in PM, the button for reply is gone when a user is absent.
is it possible to hide a quick reply too, and how?

You can't send an absent user any message, so the quick reply will not work

And can you tell me about Icon for email, which doesn't show up, which absent icon should be there?

Check the settings about the Absent User Icons on ACP.
This can be displayed beside the username or instead the email icon...

TNX, now the quick reply is gone for absent user, but the icon is still missing for an email.

The script is now configured to display the icon at the place you will set via ACP.
Will the icon be missed itself and you just will see the alternate text, upload the files into each template images folder.

I checked the icons, they are in place in img folder of exach template.
Can you tell me which icon shoild be showen instead of that email text?

I manage to solve that, there vas a problem in template cfg file.

In the user profile view the email button and pm button still be replaces if the user is abcent...

Only email button is replaced in user profile with absent button, bu not PM (ZS) button!

Do NOT test as an admin. For the Admin the button will not be replaced!

not in post user profile not in user profile.

Sorry I checked cfg file again.
It work's on pussycat blue template the on you checked and it doesn't in fisubsilversh, and the cfg files are both almost the same.
When I deleted cache files it starts to work.
But when I logged in as administrator, the email Icon is not showen!
I checked both templates.

yes that text is for the icon longer ill.
but no mather what I setup, there won't be an icon for and administrator.
If I login as normal user I see Icon longer ill

Hmpf, I think a template bug...
Check, if you can find in the cfg-File the value $images['icon_email'].
This defines the email button...
If this is be missed, create this one based on the subSilver Theme...
