I don't know if I'm in the right place here, as I may have confused it with Cback... where there is an English help forum.
But we'll give it a go....
I downloaded this Mod from phpBB-Hacks and patched it to work with Orion because I couldn't access the file here.

I have another Smilie-Parser that I made for different forum software, and have been trying to MOD it for use with Orion. Unfortunately my expertise with PhpBB is limited in the use of "their" variables and security requirements............... And I'm getting too old to keep learning different php styles. ¦4
This is part of the script I use at present to parse the smilies into the post window using MyBB and its default javascript.
Code removed.....
It's also flat-file and doesn't use the Db as the total smilies are in excess of 4Mb.
Does anyone want to help
