Users of my forum are having this problem where they cannot download any files because the board does not see them as being logged in.
The user logs in normally and are able to post on the board just fine (the board at this point sees users as being logged in). When they click on the download button they are able to see the categories. They can click on the category to see the files in that category. But once they click on the file to try and download it, the system says the user must be logged in to download, and therefore the user cannot download the file.
Several users seem to have this same problem although I cannot recreate this myself.
Can anyone please help me? Is this a common issue with this DL mod? Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks.
I'm using PHPBB 2.0.11 with the latest DL mod.
