I am trying to send mass email, but when I click email, I get a top blue square with message in it and that's all, mass email doesn't work.

Do you have installed a Countdown Mod? And if yes, which one?

This file is okay.
Where dou you have insert the part for page_header.php and overall_header.tpl from the Counddown MOD?
I hope NOT in the ACP-Modules

I did just checked and mod is installed OK.
Maybe has this something with a minimum and maximum charters MOD.

I just don't know why message appear in blue box at the top of form after sending mssage instead it sends mails.

The admin_mass_email.php will NOT use the Template file and a redirect of the Countdown MOD.
What does the minimum and maximum charters MOD change on ACP?

on ACP I think nothing, but the square with text is the same like when you not put enough charters in post.
you can check in ACP if you like.

The problem in your admin_mass_email.php is at first this line:

Two things you should check:

1. Is the SMTP server running?
2. Are the email settings correct? To send Mass Emails you must use the SMTP!

yes SMTP server is runing, because if that wasn't working OK, than when I send PM I get the same error, but I don't get it, because it works ok, even when I send email from board it sends mail ok.
