Menu Manager : A link to available Links

Hi (me again)

I was wondering if it was possible to create a menu link that will take you to the ADD/Remove Links screen so it shows you all the available links; as the ADD/Remove screen is quite handy to act as a JUMPing point to links that you dont really want on the menu all the time but for the odd occasional use

Yes I know, creating a direct links to the menu manager and his functions are possible.
You also can create menu links to manage links or categories, but only admins can use this links - blocked by auth checks in the manager

Create a link to Add/remove links
Link: board_menu_manager
Parameter: set_links=1

Create a Link to sort the menu
Link: board_menu_manager
Parameter: sort_links=1
