is there anyway to allow members to add their own meetings?

No, it's only be build to manage meetings over ACP.
Open this to user, will be change this mod to a calendar tool.
This was not the idea for the meeting mod.

Is it possible for the future that:
-a member can subscribe other members of his family who are not member, like for a meeting (example= trip to themepark) ?
-the administration that he payed he's trip and give the amount of all the participants of his familie (for example I'm a member and pay 10 euro, and i take my wife with mebut che has to pay 11 euro because she is not member. Total = 21 euro)
