I've installed this mod but I observe that all the moderators can edit all the topics with weblink of other moderators.
There is some solution?
(I use version 2.0.4 of phpBB)

Yes right, the mod was designed with this function to make it possible for the board team to edit those topics.

You should update to a newer phpBB. Your release have many heavy security bugs...
