Please Help - Download Mod Not Working

Most of the material is not showing up - I don't know it it's a mysql problem or what. Please help if you can. Thanks!

Also, this is pretty important, could someone tell me how to make categories? That doesn't seem to be an option under the main admin control panel. Thanks
